• We’ll be working with the body throughout the weekend — we’ll be moving, we’ll be speaking, we’ll be sharing our truths with the collective. Oh, and we’ll be dancing…. a lot :)

• We’ll be somatically releasing the things that don’t serve us anymore, and rewiring the memory neurons in our bodies & minds with the things that do serve us

• We’ll learn & practice a 3-step somatic process throughout the weekend, that will generate sustainable & long lasting ease, freedom & joy

• We’ll connect with other like-minded women in a supportive and uplifting environment

• And best of all — we’ll be enjoying the beautiful surroundings of natural Tulum, with time for relaxation, exploration, and play

Your retreat location is an immersive spiritual experience, having:

• 100% natural, hand built accommodations in the jungle of Tulum, on private land

• Its own private cenote (cave with a natural spring inside of it) which we will be utilizing throughout the weekend

• Your own renowned private chef, who will be catering to you (and your dietary restrictions) throughout the weekend

• A sky deck for star gazing & morning meditation with nearly 100% visibility

• Multiple fire pits and hammocks throughout the property

• Beautiful and spacious shared sleeping arrangements, as well as multiple showers and bathrooms for each room

LOGISTICS

Space:

• Because the space in the session area is limited, this retreat has a max capacity of 10 individuals.

• This retreat is specifically designed for women or woman-identifying individuals. If you are a man looking for healing around the body, please refer to the homepage for other ways to work with me, or stay tuned for my next retreat opening for men.

• Your sleeping arrangements may involve being in a space with another women; please be advised you may be sharing a sleeping space with a woman you meet during the retreat. If you hold a strong opposition to this, please email me at olivia@odysseycollective.co so I can support you.

TIMING:

• The retreat will begin at 2:15pm on Friday. You will need to be in center city Tulum by this time, and from there you’ll be transported to the retreat location free of charge.*

*Cost of flight and transportation from Cancun airport to Center City Tulum not included in pricing.

• The retreat will end at 12:30 pm on Sunday.

PLEASE NOTE: I would not recommend booking a flight before 4:30pm on Sunday, as it takes time to get to Cancun from center city Tulum.
